FAQ

F.A.Q.

We can dismantle and reassemble your items for you. Usually, we have the tools on the truck, although it would be good if you could let us know prior to our arrival.

Yes, we can allocate work in relocations where there are simultaneous settlements within the same day.

· Studio/one bedroom Apartment Removals: It generally takes two movers about two to three hours to relocate which will cost around $250-350.

· Two Bedroom Apartment Removals: A two-bedroom apartment generally takes two movers about four to six hours which will cost around $400 to $600.

· Three Bedroom above Home Removals: You may expect a higher rate for a three-bedroom home as the Home Movers will likely need to use a larger truck as well as an extra person. It costs around $600-$1200 depending on the amount of furniture, building access etc.

If you have a budget, it will be nice to contact us and we will see what can we do!

As you can understand each move is different. Time taken to perform a move varies depending on a few of factors such as stairs, distance between the two properties, assembling and dismantling furniture if required, weather conditions etc. our team is very experience in the industry therefore we will try to finish the job in the most cost and time effective way to our customers.

If you would like to reduce the costing, we suggest preparing your move in advance by dismantling beds/tables, but we would suggest leaving the heavier items to our professionals.

Giving a fair go to the customers that can only move on weekends is important to us, so NO our rates are the same on weekdays as weekends.

Payment is either by cash or credit card half hour before completion of the removal Services on the day. Any other arrangements (i.e. postponed payments…) have to be arranged and approved by the head office.
